🌿 Cotton Fabric (Cotton 100%)
Cotton or "100% Cotton" is a natural fabric made from cotton fibers. It is considered the "best" fabric in terms of comfort. The fabric is very soft, has excellent heat dissipation, and absorbs sweat the best among all 4 fabrics. It is very suitable for hot and humid climates like Thailand.
Pros
- Softest and most comfortable on the skin
- Excellent breathability and sweat absorption
- Skin-friendly, suitable for sensitive skin
- Natural material, biodegradable
Cons
- Wrinkles easily, requires frequent ironing
- Can shrink when washed in hot water
- Higher price compared to other types
- Color may fade after multiple washes

⚡ Polyester Fabric (Polyester 100%)
Polyester is a synthetic fabric made from plastic fibers. It is highly durable, non-shrinking, wrinkle-free, and retains colors exceptionally well in sublimation printing, which makes colors vibrant and sharp. It is a highly popular fabric for sportswear, running shirts, and team uniforms.
Pros
- Very durable, long lifespan
- Non-shrinking, wrinkle-free, easy to care for
- Renders sublimation print designs beautifully
- Cheaper than cotton
- Lightweight, quick-drying
Cons
- Poor breathability, can feel stuffy or hot
- Low sweat absorption
- Less environmentally friendly
- Can cause static electricity

🔗 CVC Fabric (Chief Value Cotton)
CVC stands for "Chief Value Cotton," referring to a blended fabric containing more than 50% cotton. Commonly, the ratio used is Cotton 60% : Polyester 40%. It is considered the "best of both worlds" because it offers softness close to cotton, but with greater durability, less wrinkling, and a more economical price compared to 100% cotton.
Pros
- Comfortable and soft, close to cotton
- Good breathability
- More durable than 100% cotton
- Less prone to wrinkles, easier to maintain
- Excellent value for money
Cons
- Sublimation print colors are not as vibrant as polyester
- Still wrinkles slightly compared to TC
- Slightly more expensive than TC

🏭 TC Fabric (Teteron Cotton)
TC stands for "Teteron Cotton," which is also a blended fabric but has a higher proportion of polyester. Commonly, the ratio used is Polyester 65% : Cotton 35%. Therefore, TC fabric carries properties closer to polyester: highly durable, wrinkle-resistant, quick-drying, but still retains some comfort from the blended cotton fibers.
Pros
- Highly durable, ideal for heavy-duty work
- Very low wrinkle, looks neat all day
- Very affordable and economical
- Quick-drying
- Highly popular in the uniform market
Cons
- Less breathable than cotton and CVC
- Less soft than 100% cotton
- Sublimation print colors are not as vibrant as polyester
